Computer Stuck on "Preparing Automatic Repair" Screen

Every time I try to start my computer, it gets stuck on the 'Preparing Automatic Repair' screen. It stays there for hours without making any progress. I’ve tried restarting multiple times, but it keeps happening. I can’t even access Safe Mode. Has anyone else faced this issue? How can I fix it and get my computer to boot properly?
